About Property Management


CURA Property Management operates the condominium on a day to day basis in behalf of the condominium corporation. Functions include the management of condominium personnel, security, housekeeping, and maintenance of the common areas collection of the condominium dues, payments of the common area expenses, preparation of the annual budget, and financial reports. CURA Property Management is also the implementing agent of the MDDR, By-laws, and House Rules and Regulations.



Unit owners pay monthly condominium dues to be used for the monthly operations of the condominium. The condominium dues are used for the maintenance of the common areas such as utilities, security services, salaries and wages of the condominium personnel, facilities maintenance, and other common area expenses.



Units bought in the dormitory floors will be automatically enrolled with CURA Property Management- Leasing Department for the first 2 years of operations, renewable every year thereafter.

Units outside of the dormitory floors have the option to enroll their units with CURA Property Management-Leasing Department.
